Coconut milk is rich in vitamin E and fat that help to moisturize your hair and healthy. Coconut oil is rich in potassium, iron and other minerals that reduce hair damage. You can use coconut oil or milk for good health of hair.

How to use
  • Scraps fresh coconut and grind the coconut scrapings in a blender.
  • Squeeze the paste to extract coconut milk.
  • Now massage your scalp with this milk or you can apply it on the area where you notice thinning and blading.
  • Leave it overnight and risen off in the morning with fresh water.



  Egg has several ingredients that help you to reduce or control your hair fall. It is a rich source of sulphur, iodine, zinc and protein. All of these helps to grow and strong your hair.

How to use
  • Take the white part of an egg and mix a teaspoon of olive oil with it.
  • Mix this well and apply on your scalp and hair.

  • Cut the aloe vera leaf or stalk to extract juice from it.

  • Wait for 30 minutes and wash it off with cold water or you can use lukewarm water.

Amla or Indian gooseberry

Amla or Indian Gooseberry is rich in vitamin C , deficiency of which can lead to hair loss. Vitamin C helps to build collagen that is good for hair growth. Amla also helps to prevent premature graying of hair.

  • Boil amla(Indian Gooseberry) with coconut oil until the color of the oil turns into black.

Green tea

  • Dip a green tea bag into boiling water and wait few minutes until it cool.
  • After the mixture has cooled down, use it on your scalp and hair.
  • Wait for 1 hour and then risen your hair properly.

Eating a balanced diet

You can reduce hair fall to take a balanced diet. A diet consisting of proper quantities and proportion of foods needed to maintain good health is called balanced diet.
